-Remove the retaining pins securing the support arms and detach the arms to release the mower deck from the frame.
-Release the deck belt if still intact from the engine pulley and the belt guides detach the clutch cable from the retainer you can slide the deck out from under the frame lift the support arms out of the way and fully release the old belt from the pulleys.
-Install the new deck belt by aligning it on the outer pulleys with the v-groove side facing in,then align the belt on the inner pulleys with flat side facing in with the belt in place, slide the mower deck back under frame.
-Secure the clutch cable in the retainer align the new belt on the engine pulley and the belt guides reposition the support arms and secure them using the washers where applicable and the retaining pins.
