Step 1: Disconnect the battery
Locate the battery and disconnect the negative battery cables is the first step,which can avoid grounding a live wire and potentially dangerous that you don’t want.
Step 2: Locate the alternator
Locate the alternator and use a serpentine belt tool to remove the belt off the pulley of the alternator. Try as carefully as you could, otherwise the belt could be damaged.
Step 3: Remove the bolts

-Plug in the nuts for the electrical connections.

-Re-connect the positive battery cable.
